"Wind of Change" - 2019 EUNIC Film Festival

The Seoul Museum of History and the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) jointly hosts the annual EUNIC Film Festival to screen European films and promulgate European history and culture.

Going into its fifth year, the 2019 EUNIC Film Festival is presented under the title Wind of Change, and introduces films focused on independence and nationalist movements staged in many major European cities. We believe that these films will be a fine way of commemorating the centennial of the Korean Independence Movement. Films in a variety of genres were sent in for the event by the embassies and cultural centers of eight countries that are members of the EUNIC, including Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Hungary, Slovakia, France and Italy. We hope that the free screening of these great films will lead to productive cultural experiences.
